Plano Children’s Theatre has assembled a strong board of directors for 2010. Together, these 14 members have more than 200 years of experience in business, management, human resources, sales, marketing, finance and performing arts. Not only do these individuals have outstanding business accomplishments, their children are active participants with the theatre having performed in more than 130 productions combined.


The 2010 Plano Children's Theatre Board of Directors is:



Lori Garcia, President

Lori has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 5 years. She is a litigation paralegal and has nearly 15 years of experience. Currently, Lori is the Operations Team Lead with Bank of America. In addition, Lori attends Texas Women's University and is working on obtaining a second degree –this one in Business Management. PC Christopher, MBA, Vice President

PC has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 4 years and has served as a past president on the Board of Directors. He is an organizational effectiveness and efficiency expert with an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University. PC recently joined Avaya Communications after 20 years with Nortel Networks. Additionally, he is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is certified in Change Acceleration Protocol. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Jamee Cutillo, Secretary

Jamee has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 5 years. She studied business organization and administration as well as teaching before pursuing a career in the television industry. Jamee worked for an NBC affiliate in Orlando, Florida as a research director for 15 years before creating the research department at a Warner Brothers affiliate. In addition to the theatre, Jamee has spent four years on the Wells Elementary PTA Board and was just voted to receive a Lifetime Membership to Plano ISD PTA. Elly Marsh

Elly has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 3 years. She brings strong marketing and sales expertise to the board having been with HP/EDS for 23 years, the most recent 10 years in Product Management and Marketing. Elly currently manages marketing for a line of business at HP that is a $6 billion/year business. As a result of the success of this business strategy, marketing, and sales, this line of business holds the number two position in global market share. She is a Sunday school teacher and also volunteers with several organizations, including the Samaritan Inn, Boy Scouts, and various parent association roles at her children's school. Elaine Alsup

Elaine has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 3 years. She is Owner and President of River Tan Boutique and has seven years of experience in Human Resources with the cities of Forney and Rowlett. Her volunteer experience includes working with the Garland ISD and Girl Scouts. She has served on the board of directors of her homeowner's association and the Rowlett Women's Club. Elizabeth Aviles

Elizabeth has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 2 years. She has worked as a registered nurse for ten years. Allison Basile, B.F.A.

Allison has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 5 years. She has a B.F.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and has worked in the advertising and graphic design industry for the last 25 years. Allison is an entrepreneur that has owned her own business for the past 23 years. She has previously been named Volunteer of the Year for her work from the SpringPark Homeowners Association and Volunteer of the Year from the Big Springs Elementary PTA. For the past seven years she has served as team manager for her child's soccer team in the Garland Soccer Association and is currently serving as vice-president for the Richardson Gymnastics Team Booster Club. Julia Beaton

Julia has been actively involved with the theatre for one year. She worked at Eli Lilly for five years and has sales, marketing, and advertising experience with Hearst Publishing, Time Warner and Ogilvy & Mather. She has been on the board of directors at her PTA for two years, has been a Cub Scout Leader for six years, and has coached soccer and basketball at PSA, PYSA, and PBA for four years. Jackie Daley

Jackie has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 2 years. She brings 10 years of experience working in management at Holiday Inns, Inc. and three years of payroll and administrative experience. Jackie has given her time to many organizations, volunteering with PSA, Texas Express Basketball Club, St. Michael’s Catholic Church, TFC Soccer Club, Wake land Theater Club, and the Griffin Middle School Theater Club. Annie Hall, MBA

Annie has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 2 years. Annie has an MBA from Baylor University and owns her own business, Annie's Culinary Creations. She has previously held positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for various companies in the financial services, health care, and hospitality industries. She has served on the board of directors of many corporations, including First Financial Corp, First Preference Mortgage Corporation, and Security Bancshares, Inc. Ben Sheahan, MSEE

Ben has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 2 years. He has a Master’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and is currently an Analog Design Engineer at Linear Technology. Ben currently holds five United States Patents for inventions in the fields of hard disk drive and fiber optic communications. Before joining Linear Technology, he worked at Texas Instruments for 18 years and at National Semiconductor for 3 years. He has led successful design teams that span several continents. He has completed twenty marathons and an ultra-marathon. His volunteer work includes helping the poor through the Saint Vincent de Paul Society, a Catholic organization.
