Board of Directors

Plano Children’s Theatre has assembled a strong board of directors. Together, these members have more than 200 years of experience in business, management, human resources, sales, marketing, finance and performing arts. Not only do these individuals have outstanding business accomplishments, their children are active participants with the theatre having performed in more than 130 productions combined.

Darrell Rodenbaugh, President

Plano Children's Theatre - Darrell Rodenbaugh - Board of DirectorsDarrell Rodenbaugh was a new addition to the PCT Board of Directors in December, 2010. His family has been supporting PCT in various roles for the past three years. Darrell spent over 25 years in the high-tech industry in sales, marketing and general management roles with IBM, Oracle, Yahoo! and i2 Technologies. He retired after seven years with McAfee this past summer where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of its global Small and Medium Business division.

Elly Marsh, Vice President

Elly has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 3 years. She brings strong marketing and sales expertise to the board having been with HP/EDS for 23 years, the most recent 10 years in Product Management and Marketing. Elly currently manages marketing for a line of business at HP that is a $6 billion/year business. As a result of the success of this business strategy, marketing, and sales, this line of business holds the number two position in global market share. She is a Sunday school teacher and also volunteers with several organizations, including the Samaritan Inn, Boy Scouts, and various parent association roles at her children's school. PC Christopher, MBA, Second Vice President

PC has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 4 years and has served as a past president on the Board of Directors. He is an organizational effectiveness and efficiency expert with an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University. PC recently joined Avaya Communications after 20 years with Nortel Networks. Additionally, he is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is certified in Change Acceleration Protocol. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Elaine Alsup, Secretary

Elaine has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 3 years. She is Owner and President of River Tan Boutique and has seven years of experience in Human Resources with the cities of Forney and Rowlett. Her volunteer experience includes working with the Garland ISD and Girl Scouts. She has served on the board of directors of her homeowner's association and the Rowlett Women's Club. Steve Kusters, Treasurer

Plano Children's Theatre - Steve Kusters - Board of DirectorsHis youngest son has been involved in several productions over the past several years and Steve’s involvement in PCT has grown during that period. He is employed by Verizon Business which is part of Verizon Communications and a sister company to Verizon Wireless. As Manager of Pricing and Contract Management, Steve and his team are responsible for financial modeling, RFP pricing and contractual negotiations of large Outsourcing, Integration opportunities.

Jamee Cutillo

Jamee has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 5 years. She studied business organization and administration as well as teaching before pursuing a career in the television industry. Jamee worked for an NBC affiliate in Orlando, Florida as a research director for 15 years before creating the research department at a Warner Brothers affiliate. In addition to the theatre, Jamee has spent four years on the Wells Elementary PTA Board and was just voted to receive a Lifetime Membership to Plano ISD PTA. Elizabeth Aviles

Elizabeth has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 2 years. She has worked as a registered nurse for ten years. Jackie Daley

Jackie has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 2 years. She brings 10 years of experience working in management at Holiday Inns, Inc. and three years of payroll and administrative experience. Jackie has given her time to many organizations, volunteering with PSA, Texas Express Basketball Club, St. Michael’s Catholic Church, TFC Soccer Club, Wake land Theater Club, and the Griffin Middle School Theater Club. Ben Sheahan, MSEE

Ben has been actively involved with the theatre for more than 2 years. He has a Master’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and is currently an Analog Design Engineer at Linear Technology. Ben currently holds five United States Patents for inventions in the fields of hard disk drive and fiber optic communications. Before joining Linear Technology, he worked at Texas Instruments for 18 years and at National Semiconductor for 3 years. He has led successful design teams that span several continents. He has completed twenty marathons and an ultra-marathon. His volunteer work includes helping the poor through the Saint Vincent de Paul Society, a Catholic organization. Kevin Goldsmith

Kevin is the latest edition to the PCT family. Kevin brings over 10 years of IT experience to the board. He is employed at CA Technologies as a Manager of IT Security and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Kevin has also given his time to other Plano community organizations, volunteering with Chamberlain Performing Arts and the North Texas chapter of the Information Systems Security Association.

 

Bob Morgan

Bob Morgan joined the Board of Directors in October. He was born and raised in Burlington, VT, and has lived in Pittsburgh, PA, Syracuse, NY, Albuquerque, NM and now in McKinney, TX. He has been in the mortgage industry for 20 years and is currently the Western U.S Regional Manager in Foreclosure Prevention for Fannie Mae. Bob's hobbies include travel, golf and gardening, and we can count on him to bring strong creativity and business organizational skills to PCT. He is married to Liliana Childs Morgan and his daughter Amanda Childs is active in the theatre.

Next Board Meeting

The Plano Children's Theatre / McKinney Youth Theatre Board of Directors meets every third Tuesday at 6:30PM in Studio B of the Plano Children's Theatre and are open to the public. The meetings generally last one to two hours.

The next meeting of the Board is
scheduled to take place in PCT's Studio B
on 02/21/2012 at 06:30pm

The first 15 minutes are reserved for "Public Comment and Future Agenda Item Recommendations". This is followed by TEAMPCT Committee Reports, Old Business and New Business. Upon a majority vote of the Board, Executive Session may be called for some issues (personnel, confidential items, etc).
